Meet Chloe, our Administration Apprentice

Chloe was born in Yorkshire but moved to Germany when she was 6 due to her father’s military career. The family moved between the UK and Germany for 9 years until they permanently moved back to the UK and settled in Dorset. Chloe then moved to the local area in 2013 and attended Sixth Form at Montsaye Academy. After finishing Sixth Form with 3 A Levels Chloe came to register at Starting Off. After impressing in her interview she was offered the job as an Apprentice Recruitment Administrator with us!
Chloe’s current role includes answering incoming calls, organising/booking candidate registrations, advertising jobs, emailing candidates and students, meeting and greeting visitors, attending careers fairs and general administration duties around the office.
Her favourite parts of the job are the careers fairs where she can advise other young people looking for an apprenticeship, attending the customer service workshops with our trainer Andrew and advertising our jobs!
Chloe hope to complete her apprenticeship, be offered a permanent position and further her career.
