Our Awards Ceremony for Northamptonshire’s Brightest Young Apprentices
November 11, 2015
On Friday 6th November we had the pleasure of presenting 34 young people with their Apprenticeship certificates at a ceremony held at Ricoh’s regional offices in Northampton. Ricoh have been a great supporter of Apprenticeships and other initiatives to bring fresh talent into their business, we were delighted that they were able to host the event for us.
All of the apprentices had completed office-based apprenticeship training with Starting Off whilst working for employers in Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, Corby & Market Harborough. These included: ACS Recruitment, All Things Code, Blackstar, Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances (BSH), CILT, Country Lion, Fedrigoni, Gemco, Glover Priest, Haines Watts, Impact Futures, Infonote, IPSL, Jeakins Weir, Knights of Old, Northampton Borough Council, Rambutan, Rotadyne, SEC Electrical, Spirol Industries and Walkerpack.
As well as receiving their certificates the apprentices heard from guest speaker and author of the Thrive Development Programme Rob Kelly.
Managing Director Hellie Baxter said: “It was great to be able to celebrate the success of some of Northamptonshire’s brightest young talent. They should all be very proud of themselves and we look forward to seeing their careers blossom in the future”.
