The apprentice will be working alongside the Retail Manager and the duties will involve:

- Order processing

- Responding to emails from suppliers and customers

- Inputting information onto Excel

- Co-ordinating deliveries

- Booking deliveries

- Dealing with customer queries and requests

- Chasing orders with the suppliers

- Dealing with product returns

- Taking incoming calls and pass on messages

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary: £200 per week
