Trainee Stock Controller 6 months internship |

| Description:

To assist and support the Logistics & Operations Administrator with regard to the Stock Control and supply chain activities .
2. Key responsibilities.
To control and maintain all stock and inventory ensuring 100% product accuracy and saleability at all times
To clean, check, test, and refurbish equipment, both new and demonstration equipment, in line with company procedures.
To carry out the localisation of stock in line with company procedures.
Ensure that localisation and software information is always up to date and correct.
Carry out stock rotation of all products.
To set up and locate all products in picking / overflow locations.
Maintain accurate records of all store locations on the company ICT system.
Qualities control all incoming products for 100% correctness and saleability.
Remove any non-conforming goods and place in a separate area for rectification.
Carry out rectification of non conforming stock by localising, updating, cleaning, checking, testing, refurbishing as necessary.
Maintain correct stock levels of all products and spare parts in liaison with the Logistics and Operations Administrator
Carry out stock taking of all products every month
Assist Technical manager with reporting
To maintain the stock of packaging materials at the correct levels and place purchase orders as required.
Maintain the correct storage of products ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Maintain the security of product and general stores area.
Provide support and cover for the Logistics and Operations Administrator and Store controller during their absence.
The successful candidate will be trained under the Logistics & Operations Administrator whilst on the internship. This role is supported by weekly ½ day release for Business Administration training. Potential for a permanent vacancy.

National Accounts Administrator |

Main Purpose of role: To provide administration support to the National Accounts Team, preparation for client appointments and efficient organisation of the sample purchase process.
Main Duties:
1. Arranging timely dispatch of all customer samples, to include ordering of samples from the warehouse or the Far East office. Obtaining relevant authorities and approvals as appropriate. Completion of associated administration and reporting procedures.
2. Accurate and timely completion of customer and in house line forms e.g stock reservations, purchase orders, product data sheets. Obtaining relevant information as required.
3. Tracking and chasing of orders through to completion ensuring customer and internal deadlines are met and interested parties are communicated with throughout the process.
4. Preparation for customer appointments as directed by the National Account Manager and recording of events to support completion of further actions identified.
5. Following up on enquiries received and advising interested parties as required.
6. Maintaining efficient and up to date filing systems for ease of reference and auditing purposes
7. Assisting with Sales Trade Exhibitions as directed by National Accounts Manager or UK Retails Sales Director.
8. Responding and where appropriate resolving customer enquiries under the direction of relevant personnel.
9. Liaison with Far East team on items such as samples, outstanding orders, product information and price lists and providing customer feedback.
10. Liaison with Studio regarding new designs, outstanding mock ups and art samples Completion of job sheets for Studio and chasing of progress on outstanding work.
11. Maintaining and updating of customer price lists.
12. General housekeeping duties, maintaining samples area, making refreshments, ensuring work is conducted in a clean, tidy and professional environment
13. Providing general administrative support and assistance to the National Accounts Team.
14. To deliver a quality of service that consistently exceeds customer expectations and facilitates continued growth and profitability of the business.
15. Ensuring all correspondence copied to relevant National Account Manager and their assistant.
16. Attending customer visits and meetings as and when required.
17. To maintain up to date knowledge of current company products and new product lines
18. Any other duties as directed by your line manager.

Based in the Human Resources Department, you will be working with a team responsible for delivering HR advice for the whole of the Trust.
An extremely busy department, you will be involved in providing general administrative support to the HR Department and Workforce team. Duties will include communicating with staff and visitors on a daily basis, providing support where required and working to help resolve issues; assist the HR Administrator to arrange and administer meetings/conferences/events, including booking venues, preparation and distribution of papers; produce accurate letters, minutes and maintain databases as required; develop and maintain the admin support systems, files, electronic and manual filing systems, ensuring systems are effective in their use and reviewed regularly; assist in the ordering of supplies as appropriate; assist in the tasks/duties of other staff within the team during period of staff absence/leave; record and safely store information relating to confidential matters and enquiries; undertake general administration duties; and undertake an annual appraisal to identify and necessary personal development required to meet objectives of the team, and to further develop the potholders skills and role.
As an Internship, the role will be fully supported with Apprenticeship training.
